Case Study

Professional Audio-Visual Room

Home theater design

Each room has its own uniqueness, and applying the same solution uniformly may inevitably lead to a loss of effectiveness. It can even result in issues such as imbalanced sound, lack of fullness, and poor surround experience. Our professional acoustical engineering team takes into account factors such as space, walls, and furniture, employing different frequency-absorbing, amplifying, and reflecting materials in the design process to create a professional-grade home theater system for you.

Here are some common design and construction oversights that can lead to adverse effects:

  1. Short Reverberation Time: Sound becomes dry, dull, and unnatural. This situation is mainly caused by an unreasonable layout of absorbing materials for various frequency bands, leading to excessive absorption. Additional sound diffusers should be added based on calculations.

  2. Imbalanced Sound: Lack of fullness, poor surround experience. This issue may arise from poor room diffusion, with insufficient and improper use of diffusing materials. Not every area needs sound absorption; the necessary diffusion and reflection are prerequisites for good results.

  3. Echo Vibrations: Poor listening experience, sound defects. This problem could result from the superposition of standing waves, wall resonance, and sound reflection. Adjustment through tuning panels is required, considering wall density and material.

Home Karaoke Project

When singing, each person has different vocal tones and singing habits, and every home's room size and furniture arrangement vary. Using the same audio equipment uniformly can result in deviations in tone and sound quality.

The three major series of St.Marlyn audio products encompass dozens of models designed for different scenarios, environments, and preferences. This diverse range of products is capable of fully satisfying the needs of various customers, catering to different scenes and tastes.

Commercial Lighting and Sound Engineering

Commercial Audio system

The acoustic design of commercial environments requires consideration of factors that are relatively more numerous than those in a home setting. Due to the generally larger space, multiple sound systems need to work together to achieve complete coverage. This places higher demands on product design and final tuning.

The St.Marlyn ProS series performance speakers fully embody characteristics such as stable frequency response, powerful output, and durability. They add the finishing touch to various venues for commercial clients!
